No Returns / Exchange Only
We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, photographic evidence must be provided within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping — Lost Packages
We offer two shipping options at checkout: tracked and untracked.
- Tracked shipping: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
- Untracked shipping: By selecting this option at checkout, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
